PRINT PORTAL OVERVIEW
Once your account is activated, return to the login page and enter your e-mail address or username along with your password to login and gain access to your company’s print product catalog or "My Products" page and extended account services.
The Online Store and the B2B Portals are each slightly different, so if you see a menu item described here that is not on your portal, then that menu item is not available for the portal you are using.
Choosing Your Products
Your homepage will display the individual products and/or product categories. Product links will go directly to the product detail page, category links will take you to the list of products within each category.
TOP NAVIGATION MENU
Account Services
Use the Account Services menu to update your personal address book, change your primary shipping location, modify your contact information, or change your password. You can also check your order history, send files, make a credit card payment or request a custom product be added to the store from this menu.
My Account
Use the My Account menu to update your personal address book, change your primary shipping location, modify your contact information, or change your password. You can also check your order history from this menu.
Profile
Use the Profile menu to update your personal address book, change your primary shipping location, modify your contact information, or change your password.
Order History
Use the Order History menu to view a list of recent orders made by you or your organization.
Help/FAQ'S
This menu item contains helpful information about ordering, file preparation, bleeds, folding, pages vs sheets and paper. It may also contain a privacy policy, terms of service and contact page. The menu may also be referred to as "Help and Information."
Estimate Request
Use this form to request an estimate for your custom product. This would be any product that is not currently represented in your store or portal. We print custom products for customers every day and we appreciate the opportunity to provide a custom estimate for your job.
Shopping Cart
Click this link at any time to view items you have stored in your cart. From the shopping cart menu, you can edit and finalize your order.
