ORDER YOUR PRODUCT

Select your desired product from the catalog. When you click on the product icon, you will be directed to the product detail page.

PRODUCT CONFIGURATION


Quantity

Determine the quantity that you need to order. Product ordering pages will allow you to choose from a fixed number of products with a pulldown menu, where you may be able to select from quantities such as 250, 500, 1,000, etc. Those quantities will refer to the actual number of product pieces.

Paper Options

Determine what paper stock you would like to use for your product. Keep in mind that changing paper stocks can affect the availability of other options in the product configuration. If you do not see your choice of paper stock represented in the Prduct Configuration page, fill out an Estimate Request with the specifications of your custom product or contact us at store@caseyprinting.com.

Coating Options

Aqueous Coating is available for some products, but keep in mind that adding Aqueous Coating to your product can affect the availability of other options in the product configuration.

Folding Options

Folding Options are available for some products (e.g. Half Fold, Letter Fold), but keep in mind that changing the folding options for your product can affect the availability of other options in the product configuration.

Design Services

Design Services are available for just about every product on the store and in the B2B print portals. In situations where Design Services are required, upload logos and other supporting graphics and documents in lieu of a print-ready PDF file. Use the "Additional Instructions" field to tell us more about your design needs. You may also send additional information and supporting files via email at store@caseyprinting.com.

Proof Selection

Typically, you will have the option to request either a digital PDF "Soft Proof" or a printed "Hard Proof" to check you order for accuracy and satifactory results. Keep in mind that Hard Proofs are more expensive than Soft Proofs.

File Upload

Ordering products on the store or the B2B Portals typically require at least one file upload. This would be your print-ready PDF file in most cases, or logos and supporting graphics in situations where Graphic Design services are requested. Orders customized online do not require an upload.

Ship To

Each product order can be shipped to a separate location. You will have the opportunity to select your shipping destination on the product detail page. If the product is being shipped to a location other than one of your previously setup addresses, you will have the chance to add a new address on the checkout page.

Shipping Estimates

Products that ship mat include a shipping estimator that will dynamically generate a shipping estimate for you based upon a selected destination. The shipping estimator on the Product Configuration page will only estimate shipping to previously setup addresses.

Name Your Job

During product configuration, you'll have the option to give your job a custom name for you own records. This can be helpful if you want to associate a job with a purchase order, invoice or job ticket.

Additional Instructions

You can use this field to add any additional instructions or information you feel might help us to accurately execute your job. You may also use this field to describe your custom-designed product to us if you selected Design Services in the product configuration.

Add to Cart

Once you have completed your product configuration and checked all the input fields for accuracy, choose "Add to Cart" to begin the checkout process. If your ordering a customizable product, click on the "Customize Product" button instead.
